While visiting Spencer Indiana a good friend of mine took me to Cataract Falls. It was during the later part of June in 2015 when I took this picture of the peaceful waters. For several weeks prior the weather had been very rainy. In fact many of the fields that had corn or soy beans planted in them had already begun to show signs of flooding. The river at Cataract Falls was rushing with a very strong current. This image was in one of the wider areas of the stream where the waters were more peaceful.
Here’s another image of the rushing water. This one shows the force in which the water is moving in the creek.
